Opening with Phase 1 in summer 2012 (with reservations available now), the incredible new Disney’s Art of Animation Resort will create for you, as never before, the sensation of being a character in some of the most popular and beloved Walt Disney Pictures and Disney•Pixar animated films of all time. From the magically themed family suites and rooms to the spectacular courtyards, this new Walt Disney World® Value Resort will immerse you in 1 of 4 wonderful “worlds” and take you on a journey through the story of each film.

Three of the 4 Resort courtyards areas will be inspired by Disney•Pixar’s Finding Nemo (Phase 1), followed by Cars and then Walt Disney Pictures’ The Lion King – all offering family suites that sleep up to 6 and provide just the right amount of extra room many families need to spread out in comfort. The fourth, based on Walt Disney Pictures’ The Little Mermaid, will offer standard rooms accommodating up to 4 guests.

Disney's Magical Express Transportation

To check bags using the Resort Airline check-in, please call 407-284-1231 to pay your baggage fees before you travel. Call between 7 AM and 11 PM (ET) and use your MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Otherwise, you will need to take your baggage on the bus with you and pay for them at a US Airways airport ticket counter. Be sure that your baggage meets the airline size requirements. Oversize (more than 50 pounds) luggage will not be accepted at the Resort Airline check-in desk.
